Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kabaido CPQ platform, the Kabaido marketing website at kabaido.com, and the Kabaido MCP connector at https://mcp.kabaido.com/mcp (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Kabaido Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Kabaido"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. This document is the canonical public version of our terms. The in-product version available at platform.kabaido.com/terms contains the same content.

2. Acceptable Use of the Kabaido MCP Connector

A Claude session connected to the Kabaido MCP connector may only operate inside the workspace of the authenticated user. Attempts to access, read, or mutate data belonging to other tenants are forbidden. Workspace isolation is enforced at the database layer through Postgres row-level security: a token issued for workspace A cannot read or write workspace B under any circumstances.

You also agree not to:

  • Use the connector to bypass workspace boundaries or authorization controls
  • Use the connector to transmit harmful code, malware, or malicious content
  • Use the connector to attempt unauthorized access to Kabaido infrastructure or to other customers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the connector or the platform

3. Rate Limits

The Kabaido MCP connector enforces the following rate limits per OAuth token:

  • Global: 120 requests per minute, across all tools.
  • Per destructive tool: 10 requests per minute, applied independently to each destructive tool (create, update, delete, send).

Requests that exceed these limits return HTTP 429 with aRetry-Afterresponse header indicating when the caller may retry.

4. Workspace-Scoped Access

Tokens are issued per workspace. A token issued for workspace A cannot read or mutate workspace B. This isolation is enforced at the database layer and is not relaxable by client configuration. If you operate multiple workspaces, you must complete the OAuth authorization flow separately for each workspace.

5. No Redistribution of Customer Data

You may not redistribute, resell, or republish data obtained through the Kabaido MCP connector or the Kabaido platform that belongs to Kabaido customers other than yourself. Your right to read workspace data is limited to operating your own workspace.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you create, upload, or generate through the Service. You grant Kabaido a limited license to host, process, and display this data solely to provide the Service to you. Kabaido does not access your data except to operate the Service, address technical issues, or comply with law.

7. Service Availability

Kabaido strives to maintain high availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kabaido disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kabaido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service.

Kabaido's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Kabaido in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Kabaido may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may revoke OAuth tokens at any time from your workspace settings or by calling the revocation endpoint.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect data processed through the platform and the MCP connector.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Kabaido may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. The revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.

14. Contact for Disputes
