WHY CHOOSE KABAIDO
Quoting shouldn’t be the bottleneck
Manufacturers lose time and margin when pricing lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and people’s heads.
Kabaido was built from first-hand expereince to turn high-frequency RFQs into a repeatable system that generates consistent quotes fast, so teams can spend less time chasing details and more time winning work.
THE PROBLEM WE’RE SOLVING
Manual quoting doesn’t scale
When RFQs are frequent and specs vary every time, quoting becomes a mix of inbox chasing, spreadsheet logic, and “ask Dave.”
That slows response times, creates inconsistency, and leaks margin. Kabaido standardises the inputs and embeds your pricing + product logic so teams can respond fast, stay accurate, and keep a clean handoff into internal workflows.

WHY CHOOSE KABAIDO
Quoting that scales
Turn scattered RFQs, tribal pricing knowledge, and manual quoting into a repeatable system, so your team can respond faster, price consistently, protect margin, and convert more work without adding headcount.
Price Calculation
Centralise your pricing logic, rules, options, services, lead-time multipliers, and margin targets.
Product Matching
Match requests to the right product or service variant instantly so buyers get the right option without back-and-forth.
Quote Generation
Generate polished quotes from line items, totals, options and approvals so sending a quote is a single step, not a document project.

FOUNDER STORY
Built from a first-hand experience
I’m Rourke, founder of Kabaido. When working in precision tooling sales, I saw how often quoting slowed everything down.
RFQs arriving nonstop, specs changing mid-thread, pricing buried across spreadsheets and inboxes, and the same questions asked again and again. The best suppliers weren’t losing because they couldn’t make great tools, they were losing time.
Kabaido started as a way to capture that “in people’s heads” quoting logic and turn it into a system: structured requests, product matching, and pricing rules that generate consistent quotes fast.
The goal is to help manufacturers respond quicker, protect margin, and convert more work without adding headcount.
